Helpful books for writers

Process maven that I am, I just came across a great list of helpful books for writers complied by Tom Christensen at blog.rightreading and couldn't resist. It includes some classics like Natalie Goldberg's Writing Down the Bones, Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird and several I had never heard of that have me curious by Madeleine L'Engle and Wallace Stegner.

Thanks for the link! I'll have to check it out.

I love reading & reviewing writing books purely out of curiosity and have found some truly lovely ones myself. Ray Bradbury's "Zen in the Art of Writing" is one of my favorites, as is Kiteley's "3 a.m. Epiphany."
